The staff was very good. The location was ideal. However, the room was only fair. It faced BART machinery which was extremely noisy all night.

The hotel is an older facility in need of renovation. It was not clean, in fact I saw a cockroach scurry under the sofa (in our room). The bedroom, bed, the bathroom, the hotel generally seemed unclean. The front door peephole had been removed and had a piece of paper stuffed in it. In the morning we had to compete for seating and food with several hungry construction workers on their way to work. Overall this was an unpleasant stay.

1. The hotel room was kind of run down. There was a huge space under the door of the room that let in the light from headlights of passing cars, so I had to roll up a towel and put it next to the door to keep out the light. The paint job was shabby, and everything looked about 20 years out of date. 2. I was in a downstairs room, and the floor above us was poorly insulated. The people above us were pacing the floor the entire night, which echoed throughout the room and kept me awake. The refrigerator was ancient and so noisy that I wound up unplugging it. 3. The bed itself was decent.

I was not happy with my room at all. You could see the outside through the door after it was locked. And I saw killed a bug in the bathroom.

Noisy BART tracks right outside the room. Some sketchy people staying at the hotel. Got very little sleep. Staff was very curt but ultimately helpful. Will not stay here again. Just too noisy.

Went to the Econolodge and it was very clean with plenty of hot water for a shower. The check-in was fast and was picked up in good time at the airport after I came home. My car was behind a locked gate and felt that it was safe.

Older motel updated nicely inside. Super close to airport. Shuttle service great and runs 24 hours a day. Super friendly staff. Will definetly stay next time traveling through Oakland or going to a Raiders game.

The hotel was fine, except there was only one very thin blanket. This might sound like a stupid complaint but this hotel is in the bay area and it was cold. We arrived late and had an early flight and the front desk was very far so asking for another blanket wasn't really feasible. Otherwise the hotel met our expectations. Friendly front staff which is rare late at night in a low cost hotel! Shuttle was prompt on both ends.

This hotel needs some serious remodeling. The room smelled toxic and the beds were awful. We were afraid bugs would crawl on us in the night. Plus, u are right next to the Bart station. No sleep for us. Sorry, I can't give this place a good revue. Mold in the bathroom and only a sheet and thin bedspread on the bed. No blankets, it was cold. The only thing good I can say is that my vehicle was safe and the man who shuttled us to and from the airport was kind. It cost me $200 to stay in a place that should have been more like $30. Seriously was not a good way to start a vacation. Time for them to do some serious cleaning as well.
